Strategic Planning & Development provides consultancy and advisory services at local, regional and national level. The company works directly with national governments, multilateral and bilateral donors, regional government offices, local authorities, municipalities and communities.
Strategic Planning & Development has a track record of project management and delivery on complex large scale technical assistance projects in a number of developed, transition and emerging economies. A key area of expertise is in the development, through partnership and consensus, of national and regional strategies and plans including programming and implementation for economic growth, social inclusion and provision of basic services. This expertise includes advising Central Governments on national (NDP) and international (ODA) development policy, regional and sectorial policy and capacity building, training and personnel development at central, regional and local level. The company also assists in the strengthening and empowering of civil society at community level in both the urban and rural environment.
