Programming and implementation of pre-accession support for Phare ESC and transition to Structural Funds - Phare (January 2005 – November 2005)
• Direct support to the Team Leader and project consortium for planning and implementing the project

• Identify and provide more than 30 interpreters all over Romania
• Assistance and support to fourteen international/local experts
• Contract venues and make arrangements for the organisation of 157 events in 22 cities with over 4000 participants, during a period of 7 month and with a total budget of 350.000 euro
• Transport arrangements by car, train and plane all over Romania for nine teams of experts

• Accounting all the expenditures and preparing the project for audit
Structural Funds alignment of local policies - UK Global Opportunities Fund (January 2005 – September 2005)
• Identify and invite appropriate participants for seminars
• Organisation of two pilot events in one region of Romania
• Delivering fifteen training events in all development regions

National/Regional Policy and Planning Support – UK Department for International Development (June 2004 – March 2005)
• Day to day support for the activities of the National Development Plan Unit, based in the Ministry of Finance
• Development and implementation of a Communication Plan
• Eight regional workshops on absorption capacity of Structural Funds, attended by more then 600 stakeholders from all Romania
• Two workshops for the Regional Development Agencies and the Ministry of European Integration
• The Inter-institutional Committee for the National Development Plan events attended by more than 100 top representatives of Romanian institutions
Local and Regional Partnership Development - UK Department for International Development (December 2001 – March 2005)
• Establishment, equipping and staffing one project head office and three local offices
• Management, monitoring and disbursement of one million euro grant scheme
