National/Regional Policy and Planning Support - DFID Support to the National Development Planning Unit in Ministry of Public Finance in development of National Development Plan and support to thematic working groups for SOPs and inter-ministerial committee for agreement of the plan. Support to General Directorate for Regional Policy, Ministry of European Integration in development of single fund (ERDF) Regional Operational Programme including framework for regional input and development of regional programming and implementation document. This  is co-ordinated with EU Twinning and PHARE T/A programmes

South Muntenia capacity building and partnership development - DFID Support to capacity building within South Muntenia RDA in planning, partnership development and service development and delivery. Support to local partnerships and working groups in their participation in the planning process and addressing local needs.

Integrated Operational Programme in the Podkarpackie voivodship, Phare: Support to members of Podkarpackie regional sub-committee of the SPP Monitoring Committee to develop the capacity of the staff and key local partners to elaborate an Objective I type Integrated Operational Programme.

TOURIN III Marketing Strategy Training Phare - Polish State Sport and Tourism Administration. Preparation and delivery of  training programme to 229 participants from newly elected self-government institutions at all levels of administration. The training focused on the development of tourism strategies at regional and local level.

Development of Regional Strategies for the STRUDER regions  Phare, Polish Agency for Regional Development. Two projects under STRUDER and RAPID programmes responsible for the Technical Assistance to the Regions of Katowice, Lodz and Walbrzych in the development of strategic plans including analysis, consensus building, partnership development, implementation and action plans.
